Staff no problems, very helpful need more busses to run all day
A decent fairly clean and nice metro stop. The few times that I have needed assistance, as I was a fairly inexperienced metro traveler, if u found an employee, they were helpful and friendly. Albeit, not always to be found... I've not had a bad experience at this location. & we use it EVERY time we take the metro as we live down south!
Take a Uber rider to the Branch Ave station today it was my first time ever going there based on the information the rider put into the Uber tracker is what I followed after dropping the person off I continued to follow the Uber instructions to exit when I came to the booth the gate would not open so pushed the button and this rude person on the other side said yes what is it my reply I'm a Uber driver just dropped someone off the person oh well if you wanna get out you have to pay tried to talk to the person who.then said oh well lesson learned next time use the other entrance and you still have to pay to.get out. Wow.
As long as this Station as been here, there is limited bus service I don't understand. Metro or Prince George's County needs to offer better service from Branch Ave.
